A new vehicle entrance with electronic wooden gates and very recently tarmacked driveway leads to a gravel forecourt with ample parking for a number of cars. Border planting and curved steps lead down to the sunken patio at the back of the house which has box hedging around it and more border planting on the boundary with the neighbour. Beyond this is a generously sized lawned rear garden, all of which benefits from a desirable southerly facing aspect and is enhanced by external lighting. Situated in a highly desirable residential enclave 1.5 km west of Enniskerry Village in the townland of Kilmolin, and serviced by the 185 bus route to Enniskerry Village and on to Bray Dart Station, Enniskerry is a great place to live and offers the perfect blend of country and village living with a wonderfully strong sense of community.
