Behind the property, there is a vehicular right of way from the Putland Road and at the end of the driveway there is parking for two cars. Whitegate enjoys a desirable setting in arguably the best location Bray has to offer. Set back from The Strand Road, in the immediate vicinity is the wonderful seafront promenade with its choice of gastro pubs, restaurants, and ice cream parlours. For outdoor enthusiasts Bray Head and the cliff walk to Greystones can be accessed on foot in a matter of minutes. The Town Centre is within comfortable walking distance and is host to a plethora of shops, schools, and cafes. The area is served with an efficient public transport network of buses namely 145, 155, 45A, 84 and Aircoach, while Bray Dart Station is approx. 1km from the property. The N11 is a short drive by private transport, and this acts as a gateway to the M50 and other primary routes.
